What is the Supreme Court?
The Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States. It has the final say in all cases that are appealed to it. Though their are set days where they can make a decision and days where they conference.
However, the cases must have been heard in a court below the U.S Supreme Court. Such as the State's Supreme court or lower.
The decisions made affect many. The institutions, the people and everything in between. Those affected do not see the cases as words on a paper like the Supreme Court does. They are their families and friends, jobs and opportunities.
